We regret to inform you that our internal systems experienced unauthorized access by a third party.

On November 21, 2025, we detected suspicious activity within our internal network. As an immediate response, we disconnected from the internet and launched a thorough investigation. This temporary measure may have caused disruptions to certain customer operations, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have identified and isolated the affected devices and are gradually restoring normal operations. At this stage, we are continuing to verify whether any information leakage has occurred. Should any relevant details come to light, we will promptly notify the concerned parties individually.
Currently, there are no indications of ransomware involvement.
