NDE Mask Manufacturable Suite
NDE Mask Manufacturable Suite (NDE-MS) is a software suite offering applications required by mask data preparation (MDP) which covers post-OPC through pre-mask writing. NDE-MS offers not only fracturing (Fracture) but mask rule check (MRC), pattern generation (SELECT), mask process correction (MPC), proximity effect correction (PEC), data viewer (EBV), and more.
Object Recognition System GREEENxLIDAR 360°
GREEENxLIDAR 360° Object Recognition System enables real-time 3-D recognition of humans, things and structures existing in the surroundings. With the 3D data analysis, it detects, identifies, analyzes, and tracks objects by recognizing its current location and the structures around it even while it moves.
Automated Glass Fragmentation Inspection System
LumiCrack supports automation of glass fragmentation inspection based on JIS-R3211 and ECE R-43. It takes pictures of broken glass and imports them as image files. In addition, it detects the boundaries of glass fragments with high-precision image processing and accurately counts the number of fragments.
UHDTV 4K/8K Broadcast and Video Equipment
